View & Export Submissions

You can view the responses your form has received on the Formulate website. From the form's Manage URL, click on the Responses button:

Which should take you to a page with a list of responses:

Submissions can be exported to CSV.

We're working on other export formats, as well as forwarding submissions automatically to other destinations (such as Google Sheets), but these features are still in development. More details on our roadmap.
